BTW, I don't recommend driving without insurance, but I know it's done here in Indiana all the time. =( In answer to your question, you should be able to visit Nevada's goverment website and then find the traffic law section and read the "letter" of the law and see if the cop was legally able to issue your ticket. Or you could contact a local attorney. Good luck.
